How Are AI NSFW Videos Made?
Today the go-to way to make AI porn videos is "image to video" (I2V), where you start from a single image and add motion to it. There is also "T2V", which creates video from text alone, but the face, body and outfit change every time, so if you want a specific look, I2V is far more reliable.
With I2V, you work with two prompts.
- The source image prompt: sets the face, body, outfit and background (used in an image generator such as Stable Diffusion)
- The motion prompt: decides how that image moves (used in the video generator)
Every video on this site is made this way, using the open video model Wan 2.2 to generate clips of about 5 seconds each. This article covers the actual steps, the settings and how to fix things when they go wrong. All the examples below were generated from the two prompts shown with them.

Most browser-based video generators ban adult content in their terms of service. If you want to make porn videos, the realistic option is to run an open model in an environment you control (your own PC or a cloud GPU).
GPU guideline: the Wan 2.2 14B model uses a lot of VRAM. On our setup (VRAM 32GB), 480p runs comfortably, while 720p leaves very little headroom. If your own PC doesn't have a big GPU, the easy route is renting a cloud GPU that bills only for the time you use.
How to Make AI Porn Videos in 5 Steps
STEP 1: Prepare the source image
The look of the video is decided almost entirely by the source image. Get the face, body, outfit and setting right at this stage. You can reuse the prompts from our sample images as they are, or build one with the prompt generator.
- Make sure the image clearly shows an adult woman
- Use a portrait image for a portrait video and a landscape image for a landscape video (mismatched orientation tends to break the output)
- If you want to add an "undressing" motion later, use an image where she is still clothed
STEP 2: Set up ComfyUI and Wan 2.2
Install the Wan 2.2 image-to-video models (two of them: high noise and low noise) in ComfyUI, along with the text encoder and VAE. Adding Lightning (a speed-up LoRA that generates in 4 steps) cuts the time per video dramatically.
STEP 3: Write the motion prompt
Write the motion prompt in English. It is most stable in this order:
- Start with
nsfw, sensual,(to get adult motion) - A sentence that locks the camera (explained in the next section)
- Who does what (e.g. pressing her breasts together with both hands, arching her back)
- Mood and quality words (photorealistic, cinematic lighting, etc.)
If writing from scratch sounds tedious, the video prompt generator builds the prompt for you once you pick a motion. Here is a template you can use as is.

STEP 5: Generate and review
On our setup, one 5-second 480p video takes about 2–3 minutes. In cloud GPU costs, that works out to just a few cents per video. If the motion isn't what you wanted, adjust the prompt using the tips and failure examples in the next sections. The same prompt with a different seed gives different motion, so generating several and picking the best is the fastest route.
Prompt Tips for Smooth Motion
1. Put the camera-lock sentence near the start
This is the single most effective tip. When the motion in a prompt is weak, the AI moves the camera instead, and the subject drifts out of the frame. Just writing Static camera at the end isn't enough; you need to state it clearly near the start of the prompt. Here is the wording we've tested and confirmed works.

Actions where the body or hands move a lot, such as "pressing her breasts together", "arching her back", "touching her lips with a finger" or "opening the front of her clothes", come out reliably. Subtle changes in expression like "blushing" or "looking shy", on the other hand, barely show up at all. Since they won't appear in the video anyway, it's safer to leave them out of the prompt.
3. Don't write motion that contradicts the source image
If the source image is already nude and you write "takes off her clothes", clothes that don't exist may appear or the body may fall apart. To make an undressing video, start from a clothed source image. You'll find undressing examples in 10 Undressing Videos.
4. Handle unwanted elements by "not writing" them
With Lightning at CFG 1.0, negative prompts have no effect at all. Instead of listing what you don't want in the negative prompt, avoid it through the wording of the positive prompt (e.g. to stop the camera from moving, describe a locked camera in positive terms).
5. Be explicit with adult terms

Common Problems and How to Fix Them

Rules You Must Follow Before You Start
- Never use a photo of a real person as the source. Creating sexual videos of someone without their consent is illegal in many countries
- Every character must be an adult. Do not create sexual images or videos of anyone who looks underage, even if they are fictional
- If you publish your videos, check the rules of the platform and the laws where you live

A source image of two flight attendants with only a weak motion like parting her lips, and no camera lock. Because the motion is weak, the camera pans sideways, and midway through the shot shows nothing but empty seats. The fix is to put the camera-lock sentence at the start of the prompt.

Can I make AI porn videos for free?
Models like Wan 2.2 and ComfyUI are free to use. The only cost is the GPU: if your own PC has a capable one, you only pay for electricity, and even renting a cloud GPU costs just a few cents per 5-second video. Our prompt generators and all the prompts on this site are free to copy.
How long can one video be?
We use 81 frames at 16fps, which gives about 5 seconds. Longer clips are more likely to break down partway through, so we recommend starting at around 5 seconds.
How long does generation take?
On our setup (a GPU with VRAM 32GB, using Lightning), a 5-second 480p video takes about 2–3 minutes. At 720p it takes about 2.5 times longer.
Can I make them with just a smartphone?
Generation itself needs a GPU, so a phone alone isn't enough. However, cloud GPUs are controlled from a browser, so you can run them from your phone. You can also write prompts from your phone with our video prompt generator.
Can I make one from text only, without an image?
There is a text-to-video method (T2V), but the face and outfit change every time, making it hard to get the look you want. If you want to control the look, image to video (I2V) starting from a source image is much more reliable.
Can I animate photos of real people or people I know?
No. Creating sexual videos of someone without their consent is illegal in many countries and can cause serious harm. Use AI-generated images of fictional adults as your source images.
